Over weight and sick part2

I will tell you another yarn.
If you read lie and the truth from a previous post its much like overweight and sick.
I am still overweight and sick,but there is a difference and there is still some way to go. The weight is going I still eat and I still sometimes make the wrong choices, but I am not living a lie
I have one shirt that used to be tight on me and now it's loose. Great! Then my friend said it has stretched out of shape. MMMMM She then weighed me and said if it is less next time you are winning. The reading was 98.4 . Four days later I went into a shop and stood on some scales 97.7 that to me is a .7 loss in 4 days.
Now I have some real results.
In conclusion to this part eating lard which is fat does not make you fat.
The jury is still out on trifats and mono unsaturated fats. Feed lot animals may have chemicals in them but this is another story...

Over weight and sick.

I put on the kilos and the blood pressure went threw the roof. Pressure went over 200 and I knew I had to do something.
In a month I HAVE THE PRESSURE DOWN TO 144 AND THE WEIGHT IS FALLING OFF ME.
First you need to know where does the fat go to in weight loss?
Then you need to know where does the blood pressure come from?
I should make this a series of posts but I won't because there are a lot of you who want answers.
I retired some years back and the weight slowly came upon me at a rate of up to 20 grams a week. I ate the biscuits and the cups of tea. I was the one to blame, end of story.
Where does the weight go?
What you eat and goes straight threw was never part of you In the front door out the back if you get the drift.
What stays is part of you now.
You breathe to get oxygen and breath out CO2.
Carbon is chemically treated waste from the body along with urine.
So what I am saying is you breathe out fat,treated fat.
So to reduce weight all you have to do is breathe.
Now it does not stop there there is good fat and bad fat, you need to eat the good fat.Now here is the good news eating fat does not make you fat. Your brain needs fat to function.
Bear with me here it confuses me sometimes.
I eat every thing I used to eat with some small changes,Sweet potatoes instead of potatoes.Remove all seed oils from your diet and replace with lard which is saturated fat.
If you have to read a ingredients list or have to be a rocket scientist to understand the labels don't eat it.
Its quite simple shop round the outside of your supermarket that's where all the good stuff is.
Remove all bread and milk and milk products. Sorry no pizza's
I think I have covered the food  and the weight so now for the blood pressure.

Stress pushes up blood pressure.
Fake news news murders bashing Instagram and Facebook all contribute ti stress.
Facebook is addictive and lets face it any addiction is not good for you.
