Sadness comes to us all

Thought of loosing a child is the dread of the worst calibur. It has happened to me and it has never left me, having some sort of faith is what brings relief to some degree. This is my story of how I deal with it.
Timothy is my sons name lost to medical drugs prescribed to him by a doctor. Fentynol is the drug that caused the problem and which lead to his death. Now that he is no longer with me in this life that I am now living he is still here. Take the Australian cicada that lives below the ground for most of its life digging in the dirt with the worms and such.  Then one day it decides to leave the safe environment that it as known all its life and crawles up a tree and splits its body in two from one end to the other. How painful would that be venturing into the unknown with no return. It discards its body shell and crawles out its wings unfold and it sits there waiting for them to dry out. Then its off into the wild blue yonder to either mate or die.
I was involved in rescuing people from a car crash and was holding a ladies hand when she died and spirit left her body and I got in the way. It was like being hit with a lightening bolt and I know how that feels when I challenged God in the middle of a lightening storm and he struck me with a bolt of lightening and fixed my sore knee at the same time true. Never again will I challenge him upstairs like that again when he is moving the furniture around making lots of noise up there.
Where was I? That's right Timothy checked out and went off like the cicada on a one way journey into the unknown with no way of returning. Yes he is on another page of life's journey threw the cosmos and he has left and I have given him permission to move on in his journey. It does not say that I don't miss him I do with the feeling that I died at the same time he left.
Why do I tell this story is that someone might get a easier ride than I.
Sitting here with tears streaming down my face washing my soul and mind clean with every drop.

Raef

The trouble is people have all these thoughts that turn them into low achievers.
I believe that reading and adding knowledge to my brain can and will change my life.
I am great full for what I have and what is given to me I can read misspelt words with ease I also have the ability to read life decisions just the same.
I also like to write words backwards and see if they have a dictionary meaning thus the heading word.
How cool is that it comes to me because of having Dyslexia.
Raef is a word and has a meaning and here it is

TOP DEFINITION
1-the art of being able to excel in almost everything simply by being yourself. Note that it spells "fear" backwards.
2- an intelligent and hot Italian guy
1- girl-"have you revised for that maths test?"
boy-"why? I'm a Raef"
2- Raefs are supercooel and hard to find
#cool#intelligent#sexy#italian#fearless#nang

How good is that just like me.

Immune disease

Immune disease is caused by stress and so with the invention of TV and the programs that are played are causing the increase of these types of disease. The average child sees murder at least five times a week and the nerves play lousy tricks on the humane body. False reporting of terrorism and the learning to fear everything is to blame. Just watch the NEWS while you are eating a meal to get the full force of story. Even a drive down the road with the fear of being pulled over for some minute infraction of an act against the advisory signs that now have more power than the human mind. I was a signwriter as a form of work and there fore I have the power over signs. Apparently not as I was not the writer of these signs. With all this man made terror no wonder there is so much suffering.
Look up the statistics your self dont trust me I am only a quack.
Here is one stat from Wiki
In 1992, after the fatal shooting of 7-year-old Dantrell Davis as he left the Cabrini–Green public housing project for school, the Chicago Tribune put every child murder on the front page (generally no murders were front page news). 62 child murders were reported that year.

Heart attack

HEART ATTACKS AND WATER !
How many folks do you know who say they don't want to drink anything before going to bed because they'll have to get up during the night.
Heart Attack and Water - I never knew all of this ! Interesting.......
Something else I didn't know ... If you ask your doctor he will tell you why people need to urinate so much at night time. Answer from a Cardiac Doctor - Gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright (legs swell). When you lie down and the lower body (legs and etc) seeks level with the kidneys, it is then that the kidneys remove the water because it is easier. This then ties in with the last statement!
I knew you need your minimum water to help flush the toxins out of your body, but this was news to me. Correct time to drink water...
Very Important. From A Cardiac Specialist!
Drinking water at a certain time maximizes its effectiveness on the body.
2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack
I can also add to this... A doctor told me that water at bed time will also help prevent night time leg cramps. Your leg muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and wake you up with a Charlie Horse.
Mayo Clinic Aspirin Dr. Virend Somers, is a Cardiologist from the Mayo Clinic, who is lead author of the report in the July 29, 2008 issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
Most heart attacks occur in the day, generally between 6 A.M. and noon. Having one during the night, when the heart should be most at rest, means that something unusual happened. Somers and his colleagues have been working for a decade to show that sleep apnea is to blame.
1. If you take an aspirin or a baby aspirin once a day, take it at night.
The reason: Aspirin has a 24-hour "half-life"; therefore, if most heart attacks happen in the wee hours of the morning, the Aspirin would be strongest in your system.
2. FYI, Aspirin lasts a really long time in your medicine chest, for years, (when it gets old, it smells like vinegar).
Please read on...
Something that we can do to help ourselves - nice to know. Bayer is making crystal aspirin to dissolve instantly on the tongue.
They work much faster than the tablets.
Why keep Aspirin by your bedside? It's about Heart Attacks.
There are other symptoms of a heart attack, besides the pain on the left arm. One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating; however, these symptoms may also occur less frequently.
Note: There may be NO pain in the chest during a heart attack.
The majority of people (about 60%) who had a heart attack during their sleep did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep.
If that happens, immediately dissolve two aspirins in your mouth and swallow them with a bit of water.
Afterwards: - Call 911. - Phone a neighbor or a family member who lives very close by.- Say "heart attack!" - Say that you have taken 2 Aspirins.
Take a seat on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for their arrival and ...DO NOT LIE DOWN!
A Cardiologist has stated that if each person after receiving this e-mail, sends it to 10 people, probably one life could be saved!
I have already shared this information. What about you?
Do forward this message. It may save lives!
