Its only in the last couple of years I have got taste and smell back
This was caused by passive smoking. The people around me smoked Craven"A"
Very few adults “choose” to smoke. Most smokers start as children or adolescents, before they know the risks of tobacco use and the addictive qualities of nicotine. Of course you have the right to smoke, but not the right to harm others with that smoke.
Every credible medical and scientific organisation in the world agrees that secondhand smoke exposure causes serious illness and death in non-smokers.
The only group that denies a link between passive smoking and illness in adults and children is the tobacco industry. The greedy Bustards all they want is your money. Old Tom my kids granddad used to say, "its all put on to keep the working man poor."

recycled boat part 17
I have turned the boat to fix some of the smaller holes in the hull. I used the hoist on the trailer to do this.
This is one of the stress holes in the bottom from the seats at the rear of the boat

port kembla
These are some photos I took at Pt.Kembla. This is where I did a lot of diving work. The work involved inspections underwater rigging construction welding and cutting. I also dived as a pearl diver on the barrier reef in Queensland.

worlds largest didgeridoo
This is the base of the largest chimney in the southern hemisphere.
This image is looking up the chimney from the base.
This is taken from hill 60 which is about two miles away. The two story building to the left is Port Kembla primary school and was abandoned because of air borne pollutants.
The factory was a copper smelter. Pollutants from the chimney were dispersed for miles around this site. The predominant winds were from the north east, there was cancer cluster to the south west at a high school when the plant was in operation. What sort of council or government allows this to happen. That means a ? should be asked and answer given to the ?
