Tiny house war in Australia

   The battle positions are drawn!

There's me and a 200 square feet block of land in the town of Nowra with a shed not just any shed. Nowra's first fire station. The zoning is medium density for three dwellings with a height restriction of 8.5 meters. This land in council minutes must be joined to a neighboring lot.

The battle force I have to contend with is Local council and state government. These are broken up into battalions with the names of  Shoalhaven water who charge for sewer and water even though there is no tap or sewer connected. There generals demand that I make for them a new sewer line for me to connect with.

Then there is Town planning who like to whip anyone who does not like the status quo. They hold in there arsenal Building regulations,development applications,city ordinances,power to demand.

There main weaponry is the building codes and zoning.

Then there is the council lawyers this perverse bunch love to smack anyone who wants a fight.

Then there is the Rangers who patrol the streets looking for illegal dwellings.

After doing battle for several hours I fired off the first shots.

I told them I have moved into the shed in a tiny house on wheels on the 21 December 2012.

The way I figure existing use has valid rights and the house next door is medium density come to think of it the whole area is medium density. Move me then move everyone else.

Gypsy wagon

Small houses and gypsy wagons and small boats have something in common! Strength! Yes strength If one were to have a beam of say twenty feet long made from soft wood of say 3"x2" and it was supported at the ends it would bend under its own weight. This is fact. If the same piece of timber was cut to  1feet long supported also at the ends it would support a large weight. Look don't take my word for it go and do it for your selves.
This is why small is cheaper not only for the less materials smaller sizes are required as well. With this comes less maintenance because of surface area. Lets use our 3'x2' again.
Simple maths 3"x12"= 36" square inches  3 being the width and 12 being the length
Now multiply the length by 20  to to make it the original 20 feet long.
  Simple maths again  3x 12x 20=720 square inches to maintain.
 Or 720sq inches compared to  36sq inches.
This is only on one surface and there is six sides to a cube and hollow the cube and you have 12 surfaces to look after
36 becomes 432
720 becomes 8,640
There's the difference in area only and it goes across the board with everything including money.
Houses also have a cost not associated with the boat and the gypsy wagon.
 Foundations and councils. This is another story.

Aid

The Australian government is very generous with other peoples money. It's about time we looked after Australians and gave to the poverty stricken low paid workers living in substandard housing. My house in Gundagai at eleven o'clock in the day in the winter is just 5 degrees. After the flood the house is a right off but is better than living on the street. Due to insurance fraud the situation is some what worse. I have had to take what they offered and then they reduced the amount by 300 dollars on there whim. It is documented so I have no problems writing about the experience. If you can not trust your government how can you trust an insurance company. This also goes for multinational companies and banks.

You cannot buy my love

Yes just try to buy my love I dare you.
Love is earned along with respect friendship and all the other good feelings. When a child's love is bought then the child wants more and more and never knows what real love is.
Love is a taught emotion and it appears that the parents who try to buy love fail and at some point in the future the bought love finally fractures like a broken egg and all the emotions spill out. When this happens I would not like to be around this individual.
It happens in war its called a massacre. Imagine having all you mates killed and not being able to stop the internal thoughts finally take hold and bang its on.
This is what is happening in America and is easier because the tools are readily available.
What brings on the massacre one might ask. Many things one being the tool of death the gun.
Other things are:-
Bullying and being bullied
Bought love
Not being loved
Fear
Lack of education in its many forms
Attention getting
and finally the TV stations Movies and Pop stars with there constant barrage of violence rape and murder.
This is just the start of healing and in some the bringing on there turn to massacre.
How do I know I was on the edge once with out the gun. The target was my fifth class teacher. I still carry the scars to this day.
I know one bloke who was the same and some years later went back to the school and beat the crap out of his tormenting teacher in front of other staff members and children. Luckily there was no gun available.
This brings us to forced Respect.

Gun Lobby!, We have got you in our sights +

Automatic weapons and weapons of war must be banned. These weapons are legal in America and we see the results on the nightly news. If America and other countries and companies banned the production and made little golden hearts instead the world would be a better and safer place to live in. Imagine discarded golden hearts like litter all over the country. If one were to make a wish on these hearts on seeing one the world would be happier place. Imagine a jet fighter dropping golden hearts instead of bombs, It would cost less even if they were real gold spreading the wealth through out the world. doing so would also spread love and kindness as well.
Yes the greedy war mongers wont do so until they and there families become the targets.
Yes gun control, we have got you in our sights.  + + + + + + + + bang

Why our politicians arn't to bright

Canberra is situated in a low iodine area of Australia. With a low iodine diet comes lower intelligence. This is why our politicians are not real bright. Iodine is also reduced in the human body by drinking fluorinated water.

Road system

In Nowra there is a peak hour with traffic jams on the roads in the mornings the public transport is virtually non existent. I spoke of morally bankrupt in yesterdays post and this is the tip of the iceberg. In the early hours of the morning a young couple were having a full on blue in the street the language was atrocious coming from both parties. Australia has slipped to 25 on world standards in education and yet I see school age children in the streets at all hours of the day and night.
The real problem?
Equal rights for women, Women will never be equal to men for one they have obviously got different organs down below. They can not grow facial hair to the same extent as men. Generally they are not as strong as men. On the other side women wield there tongue like a double bladed sword with lasting ramifications. They never forget and will use there memory with equal devastating results.
To men women's brains are just as impassible as the states road system.
