Something else I didn't know ... If you ask your doctor he will tell you why people need to urinate so much at night time. Answer from a Cardiac Doctor - Gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright (legs swell). When you lie down and the lower body (legs and etc) seeks level with the kidneys, it is then that the kidneys remove the water because it is easier. This then ties in with the last statement!

I knew you need your minimum water to help flush the toxins out of your body, but this was news to me. Correct time to drink water...

2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

I can also add to this... A doctor told me that water at bed time will also help prevent night time leg cramps. Your leg muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and wake you up with a Charlie Horse.

Mayo Clinic Aspirin Dr. Virend Somers, is a Cardiologist from the Mayo Clinic, who is lead author of the report in the July 29, 2008 issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.

Most heart attacks occur in the day, generally between 6 A.M. and noon. Having one during the night, when the heart should be most at rest, means that something unusual happened. Somers and his colleagues have been working for a decade to show that sleep apnea is to blame.

1. If you take an aspirin or a baby aspirin once a day, take it at night.

The reason: Aspirin has a 24-hour "half-life"; therefore, if most heart attacks happen in the wee hours of the morning, the Aspirin would be strongest in your system.

There are other symptoms of a heart attack, besides the pain on the left arm. One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating; however, these symptoms may also occur less frequently.

Note: There may be NO pain in the chest during a heart attack.

The majority of people (about 60%) who had a heart attack during their sleep did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep.

If that happens, immediately dissolve two aspirins in your mouth and swallow them with a bit of water.

"what!" " "Light fires and you are trespassing" "Why not?" "Cause the sign says so" " Who the fuck are you I am the authority here fuck off" "If the sign has authority let it speak for itself fucking self cause it don't need you to say anything, " he left......During my signwriting days I was never told a sign had authority as they were advisory in nature only.

THE HISTORY OF THE AGE PENSION

The History of The Age Pension Fund is not-well-known and it goes back to 1945. When Prime Minister Ben Chifley become aware of grinding poverty amongst the elderly. He was shocked and a referendum was put to the people of Australia; and the outcome was a welfare fund contributed to by every Aussie worker, at a rate of 7.5% of gross income (at the time, in Australia and New Zealand, one and sixpence in the pound). This was a fund that was very specially owned by the workers and declared as such; a fund in which government could not interfere; and from which it could not even borrow. Money could only be paid out as an indexed and non-means tested pension upon retirement at age 65 (60 for women).

To ensure the public was reminded of its investment, and so no government could interfere with the fund, the amount appeared at the top of every income tax form and was calculated before income tax. Actuaries have calculated that this fund should currently be yielding at $ 6000 per year more than the current age pension.

Posthumously , former Prime Minister Robert Menzies should be tried for the original THEFT; perhaps the greatest HEIST in human history. Former Prime Minister Paul Keating needs to answer the long-stalled question, WHERE IS THE FUND ?
This is a fund that he ILLEGALLY and in BREACH of the Constitutional sacrosanctity of referenda, imposed means testing; on worker's own savings.

Does the current so called government know about this ?
It would certainly explain why on 29 July 2009 the Minister for Aging Jenny Macklin attention from the 1946 fund, by erecting a monument in Canberra to the 1909 age pension scheme which, as she mentioned over-casually, "was means tested, just like today's version."
Nice try Minister but you are still in possession of STOLEN FUNDS and IMPOSING ILLEGAL means-testing.

So now it is in the public domain.....we are being ripped off.....this money is yours.......they needed a referendum to be able to tax your income to get the seven and a half percent.....they have no right to tax anymore of your wages.....get the picture...its your money not theirs.......now lets see the Federal Police grow some balls and charge these thieves with theft and fraud.....and lets see those thieves pay back all of the money they have unlawfully paid themselves.

Sitting here in pain body vibrating between life and who knows where,  Mussels aching head aching to the point of end. Life seems to be slipping away nerves are being smashed to pieces. Life seems to be taken away from me. I have only pain of all types acting on me at once. Emotions mucking with my head. I rang lifeline and they hung up on me I do not want to die alone. Every part of my being is affected. This is shit of the finest quality amazing stuff that one can not think of or even imagine. I do not want to die and I do not want to go on...........................My mind is blank and the feelings of numbness is over me,Its like i am going to sleep and I am awake sleep might take me and alow my body to heal.
The above was written some time ago and was never published, Things are bought back like on Sunday you know god,s day.  The day that God has set aside for christians. Yes I was broken into again with the loss of an estimated $5000 gone. The wealth gained by this hippocrite  would yield them $100.
The toll being placed on People is severe, Lets legalise drugs and let big pharmaceutical do the deals at a lower cost and thus reducing crime and stress on the community.

Speed camera saves lives.

How can a speed camera stop one dying on the road...... Doctor to nurse "quick get a speed cameras he's going to die." Give us a break they are just for revenue for the corporation. mmmmmmmm

Here is another senerio kid steals daddy's car and crashes into a speed camera pole and dies on the scene. Helped him didn't it. They do work politicians son gets a new Lamborghini for his birthday paid for by speed camera. Has no money to put fuel in the tank and thus saves his life. Poor people dont drive cars because the speed camera bankrupted them. Do I need to say more.

Have you experienced death first hand?

Some years ago I was at a fatal crash involving a school bus and a fire engine. After removing all the children from the bus I then focused my attention on a very damaged lady traped inside the bus. I put my hand on her shoulder and told her all the children were all OK. In a flash of time I was hit with what I could only describe as an electric shock when she took her last breath. I was knocked from my feet. I believe that I got in the way of her spirit leaving her body. When help did arrive they were going to use the jaws of life to remove the seats ,I stepped forward and tore the seat from its mountings and the personal there could not believe there eyes as the seat yealded to my efforts. I think back to that time and ask myself how did I do that. My days of driving saw many accidents and the removal of people from cars and trucks. One was on the expressway between Sydney and Wollongong where a car came crashing threw trees on the centre medium strip doing eight end for end rolls. The car was locked and inside was five nuns,yes nuns of the catholic faith. Smashing my way into the car saw all five removed from there seat belts covered with petrol and with the car on its roof. Only one was injured with a small 2 inch cut on her leg. Would I do it again I dont know the petrol was a worry as I thought about that for months later.

Is there multi universes

We as a species play with drugs and find inner strengths. We see drugs such as ice that multiplies physical strengths so why not drugs that multiply the ability of knowledge. I see that sometimes we fall upon the wrong drug strengths which are hazardous to human health. It is not wrong it is that we find the drug just burns life faster. Is it possible to find a drug that enhances human behavior in a totally new way and the answer is yes. This drug is already in the environment already and it will be stumbled upon if we have not already destroyed it threw the vandalism of greed. Things come in the right time space ratio and there is no altering this fact. Could you imagine if everyone had what they wanted at any given time kayos would prevail much the same way if some had it all and others have nothing. Some will have the ability to slip into another universe and this ability will only be given to a very selected few people with integrity that can never be bought.
