life and death

Today I saw the craziest thing ever, You may not believe this happened. My mate feeds some magpies and they become territorial to the extreme. They even attack humans in some situations. This little sparrow came into the area and the magpie attacked it with deadly results. The sparrow was knocked to the ground and the magpie stood on its wings as it lay on its back the magpie speared it threw the chest with its beak and then pecked out its eyes. All done in lest than the blink of an eye.
