Myths with food and exercise

Fat ...There is so many fats and types that even scientists do not know about. Beef fat sheep fat kangaroo fat. Then there is the vegetable fats.

I will make a statement here and say all fats are good for one as long as they are not chemically changed in any way. 

Fats fill you when eaten and are hard to digest as long as they are natural fats that have grown normally in plants and animals.

Sugars on the other hand are easily digested and turned into human fats using up to 3 times less energy  than it takes to turn eaten fats into a usable product for ones body.

Combinations of foods like bread and meat in the one meal have different results.

Keeping children indoors during the covid lockdowns will have a large effect on the eyesight of children in later years. Fear in small doses is good ones body.

Your body needs stimulation of all types(food and exercise) to keep it alive in later years. Just what I have found.

All changed in the 1960s when we were conned into eating margarines because they were clean not like fats from dead animals.
