It is easy to train the blue healer to do anything, they keep the wood up to the fire themselves. It is said that some even get the dog to light the fire but they do have trouble striking the match.

Apprehended violence orders

Apprehended violence orders are orders given by the courts to stop violent offenders attacking there victims. There is no defence to these orders as a lie mixed with some truth is impossible to disprove. They take up the courts time and are commonly used by women to initiate separation proceedings with the man having no say. These orders are given to one party and are used as a tool to intimidate the other. I'm not saying that violence does not happen it does and it can be perpetrated on  men as well. I have had a weirdo neighbour use them against anyone whom he wished to control, I fought it for ten years and moved out.
Now why would I bring up such a subject? I used it to keep the mental health people from coming to my house day or night uninvited, What I did was to go to my advocate and tell them to stop the visits or an AVO would be taken against the mental health department. This was because they can threaten your way of life with court orders of there own.
If you are happy you are elevated and need medication if you are unhappy when they take your partner away then you are depressed and also need medication and a case manager. This is what they did to me behind my back.
Funny thing is the threat of an AVO worked and I have some peace of mind.
If these orders are given it is a denial of ones rights as they stop you from doing some things such as:- driving a tow truck, working for the government, owning a gun, being a member of a jury, being a director of a company and Going to The United States of America. and some other countries.

Mental health

So your quack or nut doctor prescribed Zoloft or some other product to settle your mind. If the mind becomes frustrated for long periods of time with self talk of self destruction then some one will take control of your life to protect you and the community. Every one needs time to them selves and if this is not allowed then the mind takes over and forces itself on you weather it be good or bad depends on the self talk you use. If you have a friend in your head and he talks to you with kindness and encouragement this is a good thing and you will be fine. You are as nuts as the rest of us. If on the other hand the voice is condemning and nasty you are at a position of harm to your self and the community at large then some one will take control of your life. This is when you will be told what to do with the result of the voices condemning you more. It is about time the doctors realised this and gave people the opportunity of retraining the mind to do good and only good. The result is happier people and less demand on the system.

Older people with sores on there legs

It starts with an itch then a sore because the skin is broken from the scratching. Then the infection sets in with the creams that feed the infection because of one thing. Dirt, Now let me explain. When (myself included) we become lazy and stop the stretching and doing the work we used to do. Stiffness sets in we shower instead of bathing because we cannot get into or out of the bath tub. Now here is the problem we can not bend down to wash the feet and legs! So they suffer by not being clean. If you suffer from cuts that do not heal on your legs you must get into a bath tub with warm water and disinfectant in the water to kill the germs get your wife nurse or one of family to wash the legs and you will be surprised in about two weeks of this happening on a regular basis that the legs clear up. Old fashioned shack and the Gundagai flood

I had to go to Gundagai to let the insurance assessors into the house. This is weeks after the flood. I was shocked to see the water damage. Mould has grown on the roof walls and floor, The lining is coming away from the roof in the kitchen and one of the bed rooms the walls are now with bends and the floor is wavy and far from flat. I thought the people would have moved out in the  last month but "O" no they were moving back in rent free. I put my foot down and gave then 24 hours to vacate. I have never seen people who are so lazy. They removed the draw in the kitchen as they didn't have anything to pack the stuff into and took the entire draw leaving a hole where the draw was, didn't think I would notice.
I did a posting once on what to do with a dead cat, of course put it in the refrigerator. Here is another one more grusom than that. What do you do with a dead baby? Put it in an esky under the house, I got a my mate Harry to pick up some scrap metal and there was a fridge in amongst the steel, HE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY BODIES IN THE FRIDGE AND WAS SERIOUS. Then he related the above story to me apparently factual and was in the papers just after I moved to Nowra. There is sink holes in the yard and I am hoping that is all they are. I wont be doing any gardening as one never knows what is going to be dug up. I am not a gardener and I think this to be a good thing in Gundagai. Turns out I got the tenents from the story. It took me two days to clean out the two sheds which are twenty by ten feet. Nothing like a good clean out of ones possessions like sweeping the mind clean. I have even put heaps of stuff on eBay and to my surprise it is getting good results.
I know I preach being happy and looking on the bright side and this took its toll on the senses. This turns out to be one of life's trying times but was a blessing in disguise.  No tenants

Cooking
Yes you all watch the cooking shows with all those fancy dishes eating your pizzas and fast food. Wishing you could do the same, Here's the secret you can. It starts with turning off the telly and going to your farmers market and getting the ingredients. Visit your local butcher and buy some of the cheaper cuts as they are the best value, If you have money to spare then the more expensive cuts may be obtained as this leaves the cheaper cut for the less privileged.
Failing that go to the supermarket and shop the walls don't go into the centre of the shop as that is where the expensive stuff is. The most expensive stuff is in the isle where the control panel of the supermarket is.

Renovation shows.
Yes after demolishing the fast food you are now ready for a sleep as the sugar content in the food you have just eaten does that to you. Start small patch the hole in the wall nail the paling back on the fence Fix a chair, you might even want to try building a chook shed remembering that a chook is only about a foot high not six foot. Do some drawing of the intended subject. Make a materials list and off you go the the local demolition yard as that is where the best materials are.
Do some dreaming as that is where it starts.
Gardening
Now most blokes who rent or live in a house know how to mow a lawn and this is a good start. I am not a gardener but I do possess four lawn mowers and um teen whipper snipers and some shovels and the like all bought from junk sales and the like. The thing is the TV has to go off, It will still be there when you get back and if its not that is one of those blessings in disguise.

The great experiment of detaining people with out creative things to do in there lives. What happens is mental health and the associated problems. Built in obsolecsence

Built in obsolescence is made into some electronics, this is done by building in a circuit that will activate after the warranty has expired. The way to do this is done with a yearly timer built into the system. There is a cheap modem that is renowned to expire after the warranty is over by some days. Even very expensive computer controlled machine tools will fail with the owner having to call in experts to rectify the timer and reset the circuits all at your cost.
Electronics do not fail with out a reason. Early radios are running for years and never fail this is because they don't have the built in failure programme in them.

Now that they have caught Malcome it will be interesting to see him rant and rave go into depression and the like. He might even take his own life. Some said he was a good bushman! The killing fields
To participate in the slaughter of animals for food and where everything is used is not for the squeamish. It is a matter of life or death yours and mine. Until every one is able to live on just air and water then it will go on til the end of time. I know the sight of a killing field is not a thing of beauty. The question is what species the target animal plant or fish should it be?
If at a particular point in time there is an abundance of say mice should we not target these for our food supply. As humans we like the best of what is on offer even if the species is low in numbers and over killing would threaten the survival of that species even ours.
I hear that dietitians say to eat a variety of things on offer and this is best for you.
So why do we not eat animals and insects that are in plague proportions rather than say whale and dolphins.
Why do we also kill and eat the animals that are in the prime of life and are the main breeding stock.
Its because we can and we do.
Simple and selfish that is humans.
Yes like in biblical times when the nile turned red from blood so does the ocean turn red from blood in this photo.

The levels are high enough to pose a health risk for those frequently eating the meat and researchers warn that children and pregnant women shouldn’t eat the meat at all.

Red Headed Assin

I visited Canberra some years ago when Kevin Rudd was prime minister. Whilst working threw the corrodors of parliment I was shown Julia Gillard walking down the corridore, and the words were said. Thats the deputy prime minister also known as the red headed assin. Yes this was some months before the toppling of Kevin Rudd.

The Australian labour party is made up from unionists. I ran for the president of southern district miners federation and had a gun stuck in my ear for the effort. Remember Baldwin from Bailmain bashed to an inch of his life back in the 1960s. Keep up the good work Kevin Rudd.

Prices

The Nowra IGA has increased the price of Nerada tea from $4 to $8 for the two hundred tea bag packet.
This is price gouging as wages have not gone up.

 It is amazing how someone has so much control over a patient in a mental hospital with there court orders. The abuse that can be done in the name of medication!

Nazi electric shock to the head

The Nazi doctors of death used electric shock to the head to torture the Jews. Today the remnants of the Nazi regime doctors practice this here in Australia every week as a coarse of treatment for the mentally challenged.
To challange this one would put there life at risk as you would be declared by these doctors to be mentally ill. Then the law would back them up with a community treatment order. Then there would be no way out.
Even writing this I could be taken away as mentally ill and silenced.
My wife copped twelve doses of this and months later there is no change except that her will for life is deminished.

Unfair

When Google gets enough hits on advertising to have to pay you. They shut down your site and then dont allow you access to publishing, even tried to call them and they hung up. Great work Google.

washing machines

I left the water in the twin tub machine to show you what is left in the tub on a automatic machine after a wash. There was only sheets and pillow cases in this wash. Some would say that I'm a dirty bastard, that's your choice to judge and criticize. But I put forward the facts and if the washing machine companies  don't like it that is there problem. Its about time they made a good machine that washes clothes and leaves no residue. They can engineer a machine to do this but there old machinery will be useless. Don't know how to design a machine to leave no residue? Ask me.

Electric Jugs

I have just read the reviews for many electric jugs. In my opinion all are substandard at retaining the heat in the water.
The amount of power used can be halved if they insulated the jug. This would make them quieter as well.
The standards set by the reviewers is below standard, That is the amount of electricity to boil one liter of water is always going to be the same what differs is the amount of heat lost during and after the process.
As it stands now stainless steel is out as the amount of heat lost is unacceptable to the point of being dangerous to touch them. Plastic is much more efficient but they all could do much better.
We as consumers need to expect and set higher standards for all goods.

Respect and denial

Some years ago I was invited to a white man's corroboree on a borra ring in Gundagai which I promptly refused. On the day this was to happen I left town and headed for Holbrook some hundred miles to the south all the time the hairs were standing on my back. Shivers invaded my body even though it was warm. I stayed there til dusk and slowly made my way back.
That would be like me going into the catholic church and having a corroboree stamping the floor til the dust rose.
When the sun fell from the horizon the skies above Gundagai lit up like the devils Calderon, Feeling some sort of nervousness which I can not explain even to this day, I was stopped in my tracks so to speak and had to stop the car. Watching from a distance of fifty miles to the south of town I waited til late into the night.  Before the lights dissipated. This was long after the sun had gone and the stars were shining on a cool crisp night. The following day I found my dog dead having been hit with a car I forgot to take him with me. Another dog replaced him and was killed on the exact same spot.
Now this was before I found about my aboriginal heritage, even things from early in my life now start to make sense.
As a child of about four I was playing with deadly brown snake babies with my gentle touch I had no fear. Then there was the time when a wild stallion came to the house yard trying to take the mares. He bolted into the home paddock and stopped inches from me and rared up swinging his hooves about me.
My uncle who was a fantastic horseman could not move the stallion from over me and was so afraid I would have been trampled by this giant of a horse.
Then I am told about what happens to white child who was borne to a black family , they were promptly adopted out.  I was darker than my siblings and was called the black sheep of the family to my face., Also I was told that I had to live up to my surname shit my name was my name. I had to live up to myself, The impossible and ridiculous goals I had set for me.
Since the parting of my parents I have got one phone call in ten years from my siblings, and this was to tell me to ring my adopted cousin as my aunt had died.
Respect and denial has been a part of my life for many years.
This from the "positive one" another name I was called.
I guess that I have now been enlightened and will never look back.

offensive language

As we all know Jesus was an educated man, some in life do not get that chance because of the country or the place they live in . Maybe they were poor in money. Here in Australia there was a court case bought against a man with limited vocabulary by the police, The case ran for quite some time as to the use offensive language. The court decided that it was not offensive to use the word phuck spelt with a "F"as this word is in everyday use. This word is :- a noun verb adjective pronoun and all the others.
So to answers.com and others get with the times it is here to stay and stay it will. I personally try not to use it, It is the word for the uneducated or lazy whom have no other way of expressing them selves. It is not illegal in Australia to use this word in public.

Who the phuck is this bloke Mikipedia. I have read his online resume and I know the truth! I know you have some extremely dark and weird secrets,But on the surface you are the perfect gentleman. I and God knows different. If you don't like my answers or questions who are you to say that my Answers or Questions are misleading or in his words deliberately providing misinformation. Maybe it is Mikipedia that is bullying and providing misinformation because what he reads is not to his taste and it offends him. I have had personal dealings with a person like you before and I would take my children from your care if you had anything to do with them. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and to provide theirs as legitimate answers to opinion-based questions. (Which you did properly in, "Is there a living God?")

To post a question such as, "Is god new?" and then justify one's answer with a digression into the phonemes that make up the sound 'g-o-d' goes beyond opinion; it attempts to portray one's position as a fact. (Never mind that the Latin word for God, Deus, is still widely used in many languages, including the English word 'deity'.)

And apparently you never bothered to click the link to the cyberbullying policy in my previous message; calling me out, as you've done on both my message board and your own (not to mention your creative way of spelling expletives) is a direct violation of same. Discust

Today I say the most disgusting thing since working at the meat works. A amature fisherman caught a white sand Flathead and had the fish in a dry bucket. He went to the tables where they clean the fish before they take them home. The fish was thrown onto the table where it tried to swim. Then the fellow proceeded to scale the fish alive. I had to walk away before I vomited. Do these people not understand that this sort of cruelty is avoidable and unnecessary. If I go to the boat ramp again I will video tape any cruelty and post on utube for all to see showing the culprits face.

Making an insurance claim

I would strongly advise anyone making an insurance claim to get in contact with there solicitor as one word out of place will void the policy. Insurance policies have a section dealing with legal fees and you can also make this part of the claim and you will be covered. So use the policy as it is worded. The higher the claim the tougher it gets. Your own words can be and will be used against you. That is why they record all dealings with the public, You know that little voice before you get connected "Your call may be monitored and recorded for training purposes". Then you are put threw to a person. Sound familiar...

Good to stay where you belong.
Having been up rooted all my life to have a place to call home would be something, It takes years to develop a circle of friends. I know there is some countries that are in termoil and are under persecution and I must admit that this would be a great strain on lifes activities. I personally would like to live in Canada Russia or China. I don't know why but these are the countries that appeal to me. These countries to me seem to be the freest places to be able to do as one likes.But in reality I may have made bad choises. What really makes ones life is the friends that you have and your communities that you have around you.
I know from experiences that people who have come to Australia have had it tough and the ones I have meet and got to know have been a blessing to have known.

Things change over time and economics of insurance change as well. Costs to the consumer of these products are going up with no perceived benefits. Costs of cars and prebuilt kit housing has come down to a point where a total rebuild is in the reaches of of say a three year pay back period. that is the wage of say 80 thousand dollars a year and the all be it small house is in the vicinity of 80 thousand dollars for a kit home placed on your property. The pay back period wold be about four years using one quarter of your income.
Bear in mind that you may not be covered for the calamity that strikes you anyway. Then if you are lucky enough to have this calamity strike and the government declares a national disaster you may be covered by a government hand out.
So how much risk are insurance companies taking? It seams not much as in my case paying for insurance for five decades and making a small claim and then not going threw with the claim because of increased policy costs and fixing the broken window myself and the other damage vandals caused whilst I was not there.
Then all the interest I could have gotten from the premiums plus the premiums would have built several houses.
Then there is the importation of kit houses from china all flat packed and prewired and erected in the same time as it takes to erect a garden shed for the cost of $10.000 for a four bedroom house.
You can get relocatable houses on EBay for similar prices. Then there is the way we use houses where the trend is smaller is better if you are to believe the small house movement.
The younger generation are giving up on home ownership because of costs and we will see a move towards traveling houses and the like. The older generation are going on the road and downsizing leaving large houses hard to sell. Smart young entrepreneurs buying large houses and turning them into duplexes.
Yes things are about to change dramatically.

Home Insurance

What are you covered for? Well not much it seams, It would be easier to tell you what you are covered for, But they are keeping that to themselves and if you try to read the policy you will be in for a shock.
Terms like we do not cover xxxx and yyyyy but if there is a local event we might cover something. They determine weather there is a local event!
If you fail to tell them something like the date or Mrs Jones cat has fleas they wont pay, because pets ain't covered at that time or date.
If it was tomorrow they will cover it but today they wont cover it.
The examples they will cover are so remote from reality they would stop the claim cause you are stretching the meaning of the policy and so are not covered on this day.
What are you covered for I don't know as to make a claim one would have to be creative and not to stretch the imagination to far. For even stretching the imagination could cancel the policy and they have the right to do this at any time so it seams. No don't expect a refund of your policy as it has run its time on cancellation.
Insurance fraudulent claims. This is interesting as you can be charged with making a false claim with penal charges laid against you. Then your policy is terminated as well.

I will still be trying to word my claim so as not to void the policy and the claim go threw.
I think I will get a solicitor to do it for me.
Don't have a policy that's OK put a claim in anyway you will probably have more success and they wont cancel your policy as you don't have one.
