Read the Blog about Gillard that got Larry Pickering’s Facebook Page Suspended

Facebook suspended Larry’s page for three days due to complaints about the following blog post he wrote on 13 June. To ensure his post isn’t censored, I have reproduced it in full below.
If it’s now ok for Labor MPs to dig for dirt on Liberals, then Gillard and Labor shouldn’t cry foul about opinion pieces like Larry’s.

Thomson is involved in rorting $500,000 from the HSU.
Gillard is involved in rorting $1 million from the AWU.
To date, no attempt has been made by either union to recover one cent.
As a backbencher, Thomson had no clout with media.
As Prime Minister, Gillard used her clout to kill the story... and this is how she did it:
Bruce Wilson was an AWU heavy and Gillard’s boyfriend at the time. He had been threatening developers in a thinly disguised, mob-style protection racket: Industrial peace for payment... up to $50,000 at a time.
The payments went straight to accounts Gillard had arranged while she was still working for the Left wing law firm, Slater & Gordon.
Gillard was into the scam up to her elbows and, as she was screwing Wilson at the time, pillow talk wasn’t confined to her other sexual exploits including married father, and current, Trade Minister Craig Emerson and now Gold Coast spiv Tim Mathieson who departed the Coast leaving multiple unpaid debts.
Her part in the scam was rewarded with $50,000 of renovations to her house and a $25,000 account at a top fashion house (although one could be forgiven for thinking she never used it.)
The story broke and Gillard went into frenzied damage control.
When the dust settled, Gillard was still PM but ground-breaking journalists were sacked, News Ltd CEO, John Hartigan, resigned. Both Fairfax and News Ltd immediately spiked the story and pulled broadcasts, Andrew Bolt threatened to resign, Laurie Oakes was told, “Don’t even think about it!” Blogs disappeared in a cloud of dust. Radio jocks were instructed to drop it.
ABC and ‘The Australian’ journalist, Glenn Milne, had spent months carefully documenting Gillard’s devastating involvement. His story had been legalled and it ran in ‘The Australian’ on Monday, August 1st 2011. It was immediately pulled after one phone call from Gillard.
Slavish supporter of Gillard, the ABC, promptly sacked Milne.
Gillard continued a barrage of phone calls to the then CEO of News Ltd, John Hartigan and there was a meeting arranged at the offices of News Ltd. What exactly was said at that meeting may never be known but it certainly didn’t resemble what Gillard said it was about.
The Leveson Hacking Inquiry was threatening to engulf Australia’s media and Gillard saw her opportunity. She used Bob Brown as a verbal battering ram to threaten Fairfax and Murdoch with an “inquiry”. Gillard herself publicly entered the fray with her now famous utterance: “There are questions that need to be answered.” That statement was carefully crafted to put the fear of God into the media. After much questioning she has refused to say what those questions might be.
A Leveson-style inquiry here would mutilate the very core of Australia’s media and their executives as it has, and is still doing, in the UK.
Fairfax and Murdoch executives, to put it bluntly, were shitting themselves. Their indecent grappling for a piece of an ever-decreasing circulation market-share would have opened an ugly can of worms. A can I will let sit for another time.
So, this squalid deal was done but the sordid tale still bubbles below the surface. It reaches to the very heart of the Labor movement. We are witnessing only the tip of unions’ mob-like protection rackets and their corrupt manipulation of our Parliaments.
This shameful story will eventually be told in full colour. It will be a long and agonising read.
But, in the interim, today’s fetid political power holds sway.

Rape in hospital wards in Australia

I speak to many people about issues with mental health and there treatment and it is common knowledge. People are asking me questions about various issues.
At the boat ramp I was approached by a man who told me his daughter was admitted to a mental ward and three years later had a baby all the time being in the care of the hospital.
Then some minutes ago I was told of an elderly patient being raped in a nursing home. The way these institutions do business has to change. The denial has to stop and whistle blowers have to come forward.
I will personally blow the whistle here. These emails were the result of a magistrate abusing his powers to bully and incarcerate a member of the public. The result is these emails. What chances does one have if one were unable to defend ones self against these bullies if one is medicated sorry drugged to the hilt as was the case here. I also wonder if the Mr Thompson is related to the federal politician of the same name?

Judicial Commission judcom@judcom.nsw.gov.au
7/31/08

to me
Dear Mr. Strik,

I refer to our recent telephone discussion concerning the complaint you made to the Commission about former Magistrate Thompson of the Local Court.

As I explained during our conversation, the Judicial Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Judicial Officers Act, can examine complaints about the ability or behaviour of a judicial officer (a judge or magistrate). However before it can commence an examination of a complaint it must have the complaint in proper form, that is, the complaint must be in writing and the particulars of the complaint must be verified by a statutory declaration.

As you are aware, the original complaint form you lodged with the Commission was not in proper form because your signature was not witnessed by a Justice of the Peace. You were requested to re-submit the form properly executed, which you did. When the Commission received your complaint  it commenced its preliminary examination, which included confirming that the person complained about held office as a judicial officer. The Commission was advised that Mr. Thompson had retired as a magistrate.

The Judicial Officers Act requires that if a person ceases to hold office as a judicial officer the Commission must cease dealing with the complaint. This is what happened in relation to your matter. You were advised accordingly of this action.

Although I understand that in the circumstances you may wish that something further could be done about your concerns the legislation requires the Commission to cease dealing with the matter and there is nothing further it can do to assist you.

Yours faithfully,

E.J. Schmatt
Chief Executive
Judicial Commission of NSW

Dear Mr Schmatt,

I will copy correspondence of before:-

As a result of your high position you are required to treat people with dignity and respect especially when these people are the ones paying your wages through our taxation system.

Although Mr Thompson was acting in a judicial capacity, he also needs to remain accountable to the people who placed him in this position.

The initial complaint was lodged on the 30th May 2008. This was 30 days before Mr Thompson's retirement. I then per your wishes re-declared the complaint via statutory declaration on the 19th June at Gundagai. Mr Thompson did not retire for 30 days before the initial complaint was lodged. The complaint was then re lodged in an unchanged format leaving 11 days where an investigation could have continued from the earlier pre-investigation stage on the 30th May 2008.

I'm not entirely sure of the retirement procedures of the judiciary, but I can imagine, that many people know well in advance of such events taking place. As a result of this there would be a requirement on your part to act without delay from the initial complaint.

Essentially, Mr Thompson was a magistrate at the time of the complaint. The response that I initially received from your office was one of apathy and nonchalance. If this is sincerely 'all that you can do', then maybe we need to launch some law reform to add some accountability to those in the judiciary and those that monitor those in the judiciary.

I have dealt with people like you before and they can get away with outright lies in the district court in Wollongong and the local court also in Wollongong. They use their power to control people and intimidate, they get away with what they like, and are unaccountable for there actions and are the first to complain when it doesn't go their way. If you cant stand the heat get out of the job or do what you are there to do..investigate and inform me of weather i was right or wrong which you did not do.

Yours Truly,
Stewart Strik

Dear Mr. Strik,

Your interpretation of what I said in my letter of 1 July 2008 is incorrect.

What I said in that letter was that as Mr. Thompson is no longer a
judicial officer, in his case a magistrate, the Commission has no
power under the Judicial Officers Act to investigate your complaint.
If he had remained a judicial officer the complaint would have been
examined, but as he is not the Commission has simply no authority to
do anything about your concerns.

Yours faithfully,

E.J. Schmatt

 dear Mr E.J.Schmatt

So what you are saying is anyone who is coming up to retirement or who
is retired will not be held accountable for there actions
i will take note of this when i get caught by a speeding camera or the
police in the future or any other thing I might be held accountable
 for.
thank you very much for your assistance
So Mr Thompson decision to hold my son against his will is therefore
unlawful as iI think my son might be retiring as well.

please note if I do not get a reasonable reply or a written appology
from Mr Thompson I will take this further

 yours truthfully

Dear Ms Hodgkinson,

Thank you for your letter concerning magistrate Thompson.
I just received a letter from the judicial commission of New South Wales
I will quote it here ...
"Dear Mr Strik,

I refer to your complaint you lodged with the commission in relation
to his Honour Magistrate Thompson of the Local Court.

Following receipt of your complaint form the commission received
advice that Magistrate Thompson had retired as a magistrate, effective
from 30 June,2008.As such he ceased to be a judicial officer under the
Judicial Officers Act 1986.

As magistrate Mr Thompson is no longer a judicial officer the
commission has no power to investigate your complaint and in those
circumstances I am unable to assist you in this matter.

yours faithfully,
E.J Schmatt
Chief Executive"

As this is the best they can do I would like to ask for the cases
that Mr Thompson sat on to be reviewed as I don't think justice has
prevailed.

your sincerly,
Stewart Strik

Education and its failing.

If you had to learn everything first-hand, you’d die stupid.
You pick up second-hand information from the printed page.
If you can’t learn, you might check to see if you feel you already “know it all.”
To study, the materials so one can pass an exam, Then one won’t be able to do anything with the subject once the exam is over.
The valid reason to study is to be able to understand and apply what is learned.
To act as though the data had no value to you; and, with no intention to use the data, then this is a waste of time and resources!
An engineer gets his degree in engineering and never has intention to use the subject, The degree is a status symbol.
If you find a student who is afraid to get involved. He becomes a spectator and not a student.
Lack any of these three.
1.lack of application.
2. lack of data.
3.No execution of ideas.
Then there is no ability to do.
The above explains why one could study what one is interested in and have a good life.

Spiders in flight

I have only seen spiders in flight twice in my life. The conditions have to be exactly right. These little spiders float on the air on a string of spider silk that is so light they float for hundreds of yards. Here in Australia gazillions move from one tree to another. The ones I have seen the spiders are about a millimeter in diameter. I think they are moving to new homes and spreading the gene pool by doing so. The silk threads are so fine that they cannot be photographed, This is an amazing time in the bush.

If you live in Australia

If you have children under 18 years of age and these children have been diagnosed with ADHD and are on drugs prescribed by a psychiatrist then you have a case to sue the psychiatrist. The law states that children under eighteen years of age are not to be given psychotic drugs, you also may be breaking the law giving the drug to a child. Psychotic drugs do not work and do damage to a growing child's brain. It is about time that these people are taken to task for there illegal activities.
The trouble is lay people do not know the law and there rights. If you need more information please feel free to ask me and I will pursue this further.

Sugar and chocolate

Last Christmas I visited friends in the back blocks of Tasmania. I took along some chocolates and lollies for the children. Now these children are home schooled and eat the best home grown and farm fresh meats and fish as a normal diet. These children are extremely fit and well adjusted and happy with no television. The lollies and chocolate was distributed to the children as a surprise. The little girl was asked what she wanted for Christmas and the reply was nothing, I have everything. This was a unusual answer as my own children would have rattled off a list as long as ones arm. The chocolate was devoured and the transformation was complete. Running fighting and climbing trees like a monkey total bedlam. The mother looked at me and I at her we were dumbfound by the results instant ADHD was the result. Yes Sugar and chocolate was the cause of this abnormal behavior. These children were normally polite and placid caring children the type you saw on "The Walton's"
If you are having trouble with your children's behavior just remove the sugar from there diet and they will be happier.

Psycotic drugs cause 20% of road crashes

A study of the road statistics shows that 20%of road crashes are caused by psychotic medication and this figure is on the rise.
The number of people diagnosed with mental disorders is also on the rise at the same proportional  rate as fatalities on the road. Shootings are in the same category as more and more people are placed on these drugs so the shooting rampages increase.
Personally I have witnessed the driving behavior of a person on these medications. It is about time that driving licensees be taken from people whom are on prescribed psychotic medications. There will be growing litigation against psychiatrists who allow people to drive and do not tell the roads authorities this is going to be a fact in the coming years.
I personally have tried Prozac with the effects of hallucinating and the drug Zyprexa which puts one to sleep for up to sixteen hours straight. How can one drive a vehicle with these drugs in ones system and the doctors forceably prescribe these drugs with an injection and allow the patient to drive.

DSM...Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders

I have just read the DSM and this covers all people loosely and all people could be classed as mentally ill using this diagnostic tool. This is the most disturbing  book I have ever read. It can manipulate and destroy lives of the people diagnosed with this book. This is a hideous book written by the Devils henchmen.

Generous politicians

How generous are our politicians giving away millions of dollars each month to overseas countries.
Then I watch YouTube and the amount of money spent to kill a terrorist with an explosion costing thousands.
Money is no problem to these people. Then there is the delivery systems costing many more millions of dollars. Lets be more humane and just chemically poison them with drugs as they are all mentally ill.
If the psychiatrists diagnose them all with the DSM version V as being mentally ill then they could treat whole countries at once and stupefy them into submission saving massive amounts of deaths due to friendly fire.and the like.
Every one would be happy as there would be no bad images to show on the nightly news that would have to be justified, and the polies would just have to line there own pockets....Every one would be happy. lardy dar lardy dar lardy dar...........We are so happy on our drugs!

Written by Professor Iggle  Quack extraordinaire.

Some thing I know lets just Add Money

I read every day that the financial system is in serious trouble. We are all going to have to tighten our belts and it is going to hurt.
These are facts.
One fact that is not spoken about is where has all the money gone?
Here is an insight.
CEO of a company gets 14 million salary and the company lost 40% of its income.
Australia borrows say 1 million dollars a day.
Australia gives Calathumpians 20 million aid over the next ten years.
Look I'm not any Einstein but one must know that this is unsustainable and the end of greed and free handout is going to stop. Very abruptly.
Let me say to you if your country is importing food then your country is over populated and must reduce the population to survive....
Saying that one does not want to be the one who has to go.
To stop polluting the solution is to stop breeding.
Its that simple

They lost Pam

My wife was removed from my house and put into hospital some weeks ago. Three days ago I rang the hospital and she wasn't there. Asking where she was they didn't know. They had lost Pam.
They got her back, how do I know three days later but they didn't inform me. I think they are trying to make my new stomach ulster explode.

Moist conditions under the sub-floor are expected after a flood, particularly one of long duration.  However, a well drained and vented sub-floor should slowly but surely dry out.  The time to dry out is very variable, depending on ventilation rate, soil type and design factors.  If the subfloor has not dried out within 2-12 weeks then there may be additional problems restricting drying.  Such problems may include
The persistence of high sub-floor moisture can result in significant deterioration of floor and its supports including fungal and mould growth on timber, corrosion of connectors, corrosion of steel work as well as a persistence of warping of floorboards, etc.

Poor sub-floor ventilation

The building code of Australia recommends that for timber clad houses there should be a minimum of 350 mm between the ground and floor joists.   This should provide all the ventilation required as long as air movement across the sub-floor is not restricted.  After a flood remove barge boards and other obstructions to air flow.  Soil may have built up against the barge boards, this should be removed.   Ensure that the sub-floor can drain away from the house.  Also ensure that there are no-obstructions to air flow under the house.   Flood debris or materials stored under the house may obstruct air flow.   More seriously structural members such as concrete or brick walls may block airflow.  Strategic vents should be placed in these members (at least 15600 mm2 per metre).  If the sub-floor does not dry out and the separation of ground floor joist is significantly less than 350 mm it may be necessary to lower the ground level.  Alternatively forced venting or as a last resort venting into living spaces may be required.

Sub-floor moisture traps

Moisture may be trapped at various points in the sub-floor.  Earth may build up arround the perimeter of the house (particularly in old houses) so the sub-floor is effectively dammed.
Alternatively, hollows may be associated with stumps/piers or chimneys.  These hollows may form during the flood itself or may be left from the building process.  All hollows need to be filled and built up earth removed and temporary channels provided so the flood water beneath the sub-floor drain away from the houses.

Electrical inspections after flood inundation is a must

12 January 2011
ENERGEX is urging all property owners whose premises have been inundated by floodwaters to ensure they are inspected by a licensed electrician before using or reconnecting electricity.

Buildings that have suffered floodwater inundation may have significant damage to the electrical circuitry and appliances and could present potential safety risks.

ENERGEX says it’s not worth risking a life for the sake of an electrical inspection.

Electricians can be found in the Yellow Pages, local newspaper classifieds or by contacting the Master Electricians Association.

People with solar panels on their roofs should also be aware that although mains power is cut from their home, the panels may still be generating electricity and present a electrocution danger.

ENERGEX currently has more than 100,000 homes and businesses cut from the power network due to flooding. We thank the community for their patience during this ongoing situation.

Floods and storms

Workplace health and safety laws when cleaning after floods and storms

Employers and workers involved in the flood and storm recovery efforts must still remember their obligations under Queensland's health and safety laws.
These laws are in place to protect Queenslanders. By being vigilant and maintaining safety during this difficult time, you can help reduce the risk of death, injury and illness to yourself, your workers and others involved in the clean up and repair effort.

Steps for planning to do work safely

  • Check that an electricity clearance has been given before attempting to use it.
  • Identify any likely asbestos containing materials or dangerous chemicals.
  • Assess what work needs to be done.
  • Work out the order of the work to be done so that new risks are not introduced, e.g. think about how you will get access to the areas where the work is to be done, or the possibility of creating instability from removing things in the wrong order.
  • Consider what could go wrong during the clean up and repair work.
  • Work out what tools and equipment will be needed to do the work safely.
  • Check the correct equipment is available and is in good working order.
  • Check that the people required to operate the equipment have the right skills and competencies and ensure supervision of less skilled workers is available.
  • Check that people allocated to perform work are not fatigued.
  • Make sure that workers have the correct personal protective equipment (for example rubber-soled shoes, gloves, hats, sun protective clothing and high visibility vests) and it is worn correctly.
  • Check that appropriate first aid, clean drinking water and hand hygiene measures are available and there is access to medical treatment in the event of an injury occurring.
  • Check that there is access to toilet facilities.
  • Highlight any counselling services available to staff and encourage their use.

Working at a height

  • Install handrails if necessary, such as when working on a roof or from a platform above the ground where people are carrying out work that could cause them to fall, or the fall itself could cause a serious injury.
  • When using a ladder:
    • make sure the ladder is sufficiently sturdy
    • use the ladder for the purpose it was designed for
    • try to secure ladders before use
    • do not use a ladder on soggy/soft ground.
  • Ensure surfaces are stable and access to areas with unstable floors is safe.
  • Be aware of anyone working below and the potential for things to fall on them.
Find more information about working at a height.

Demolition

Check that your demolition work doesn't require a licensed demolisher. Call Workplace Health and Safety on 1300 369 915 for more information. If it does require a licence, ensure a person with the right licence is engaged.
If the work doesn't require a licensed demolisher, make sure the work is undertaken by people who understand the structure, or the part of the structure, they are demolishing.
Check the location of any underground, overhead or concealed services (e.g. gas, water, electricity) prior to commencing any demolition work.

Asbestos - removal of, and work on asbestos containing materials

  • Buildings built before 1990 may contain asbestos materials. Removal of 10m² or more of asbestos containing material must be done by a licensed asbestos removalist. You can download a poster Where to look for asbestos which shows the potential location of asbestos materials in a house.
  • Avoid removing asbestos materials unless absolutely necessary, e.g. only remove asbestos sheeting that is already broken and dislodged.
  • Avoid breaking asbestos material.
  • Do not use power tools or any abrasive materials on asbestos containing surfaces.
  • Avoid using high pressure water to clean the surface of asbestos materials:
    • care must be exercised when cleaning the surface of asbestos materials so as to avoid damage and the release of asbestos fibres
    • roofs containing asbestos materials must NOT be cleaned using high pressure water cleaners or water blasters
    • other surfaces containing asbestos materials such as walls should be cleaned using water hoses or by hand. Painted asbestos containing materials are less likely to release fibres and can be cleaned with slightly higher water pressure
    • regularly check the surface of the material you are cleaning to ensure it is not being damaged
    • more information is available on Cleaning asbestos cement roofs.
  • Avoid walking on corrugated asbestos roofs as they may collapse from the weight.
  • Avoid using power tools to drill or cut asbestos materials.
  • Make sure asbestos materials are wet during removal and other work; isolate electricity to wet areas.
  • Wear disposable coveralls with a hood as well as an approved particulate respirator (Class P2 – this will be marked on the packaging) when removing asbestos.
  • Thoroughly wash hands, shower and wash hair after handling or after suspecting you may have handled asbestos materials.
  • Double bag/wrap all asbestos materials and waste and call your local authority to find out where to properly dispose of any asbestos products.
  • Safe work procedures including for low speed drill/hand drilling and hand sawing asbestos containing material, and the removal of less than 10m² of asbestos containing material, including wrapping waste and clean-up after the work is completed, can be found in Asbestos: a home renovator's and tradesperson's guide for minor work in domestic premises guide (PDF, 1.6 MB).
Download the fact sheet on Asbestos - cleaning and/or removing asbestos containing materials (PDF, 157 kB)

Chemical hazards

Floods and storms may have buried, moved or damaged hazardous chemical containers including corrosives, oils, pesticides and industrial chemicals. To safely handle and dispose of hazardous chemicals, the following should be considered:
  • Try to identify chemicals and their hazards using labels and markings. If water has removed the label, seek expert advice and chemical identification from a waste management consultant.
  • If a container may cause potential risk, (e.g. bulging under pressure, leaking, or in a precarious position), isolate the immediate area and call '000'. The Queensland Fire and Rescue Service is equipped and trained to deal with these situations.
  • Wear personal protective equipment such as chemical resistant gloves, protective eyewear, closed footwear and long sleeved shirts and pants to minimise exposure to skin.
  • Isolate chemicals from general waste.
  • Segregate chemicals based on the condition of the container (damaged or undamaged) and based on reactions with one another, for example oils and dry pool chlorine may cause a fire.
  • In Brisbane, contact the city council on 3403 8888 to arrange collection of hazardous waste. For more information see Brisbane City Council's flood fact sheet. Areas outside the Brisbane region should contact their local authority for advice on disposal of the waste.
  • Take precautions to protect the area from further damage during the clean up, such as preventing mobile plant (e.g. earth-moving equipment) coming into contact with containers, particularly gas cylinders.
  • Monitor atmospheres in enclosed spaces using a suitable air monitoring device (e.g. gas detector) where plant and equipment exhaust is generated. Ensure exhaust gases are ventilated to prevent the build up of contaminant exhaust gases such as carbon monoxide. Reduce this risk by operating generators and other fuel-powered equipment outdoors wherever possible. For example, pumps used for water removal from a basement.
  • Chemical processing and handling equipment that has been flood or storm affected should be checked prior to operation, ensuring electrical installations are checked by a qualified electrician.
  • For gas supply systems e.g. town gas or fixed tank installations contact your supplier regarding the safe return to operation.
  • Ensure the appropriate decontamination of clothing and equipment after handling or coming in contact with chemicals. Wash down clothing with water and launder separately.
Download the fact sheet on Dangerous or hazardous goods - cleaning and/or disposing of dangerous goods and chemicals (PDF, 149 kB), the Guide for safe storage and handling of dangerous goods and view other information on dangerous goods storage and handling.

Slips, trips and falls

  • Keep work areas as clear and dry as possible.
  • Wear suitable footwear with good grip.
  • Try to avoid climbing on objects or surfaces; use equipment such as ladders or step stools wherever possible and safe.
  • Try to make sure there is adequate light in work areas.
Download the Guide for preventing slips trips and falls (PDF, 702 kB) and view other information on slips, trips and falls.

Biological hazards

  • Maintain good hand and personal hygiene. Wash your hands well after contact with mud, flood water and contaminated items and equipment, and before eating and drinking.
  • Clean and cover cuts and wounds. Talk to your doctor if you get a wound as you may need a tetanus booster.
  • Where contact with flood water and mud is unavoidable, wear enclosed footwear, gloves and suitable clothing.
  • Take precautions to avoid mosquito bites.
Environmental conditions after floods and storms increase the risk for infectious diseases. Skin infections, diarrhoeal disease, respiratory infections and mosquito-borne diseases are the most common infectious diseases after floods and storms in Queensland.
Less commonly, contact with floodwater can cause serious illness such as leptospirosis and melioidosis. See your doctor if you become sick after contact with floodwater or if you need a tetanus booster.
More information about disaster management, including how to manage mould and other sources of disease, is available from Queensland Health.

  • Roster shifts so that workers/volunteers have the opportunity to sleep continuously for 7 to 8 hours in each 24 hour period.
  • Rotate shifts forward rather than back.
  • Limit number of consecutive night shifts to four.
  • Finish night shifts by eight am.
  • Allow a minimum of 12 hours between consecutive shifts.
  • Roster at least two full nights sleep after the last night shift.
  • Provide frequent rest breaks during shifts.
  • Provide transport where possible to minimise the risks associated with commuting.
  • Provide an area/room for workers/volunteers to sleep before commuting home.
  • Schedule safety critical and complex tasks during the daytime (when workers/volunteers are most alert).
Download the fact sheet on Managing fatigue (PDF, 107 kB) and view other information about fatigue.

Psychological stress

The emotional impacts of these natural disasters on workers may not come to the surface for a little while. To minimise the risk of psychological stress on workers employers should:
  • Highlight counselling services available to workers and encourage them to use them.
  • Consult with workers when setting realistic work targets and priorities for completion of clean up and repair works.
  • Consult with workers about any changes to their roles, work tasks and broader business changes, and where possible allow their input in decision making.
  • Hold regular worker/team discussions on additional pressures/challenges.
  • Provide 'time out' areas for workers to distance themselves and take breaks from demanding work tasks.
  • Recognise and reward workers for their efforts.

Manual tasks

  • Use mechanical aids like wheel barrows, trolleys, earth-moving equipment.
  • Use long handled equipment such as shovels and brooms.
  • Provide adequate numbers of people to do the work.
  • Ensure people have adequate rest breaks.
  • Place rubbish skips close to where the work is being done.
  • Where team lifting is the last resort, ensure adequate numbers of people are provided, there is good communication about what is required and a leader is appointed.
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Consider the physical capacity of your workers and assign their work appropriately.

Displaced fauna

  • Check in and under objects before attempting to move an object as snakes, spiders and other undomesticated animals may be taking refuge in the dry location. Startling these animals may cause them to become aggressive and attack.
  • Do not attempt to kill snakes as most snake bite incidents occur when someone has attempted to strike and kill the snake.
  • Engage a wildlife removal specialist to remove snakes from buildings.
  •
  • Rodent Control After a Flood

    Safety Precautions and Elimination

Following floods, rats and other rodents may move into buildings to escape flood waters. Snakes are often forced into places where they are not usually found. Upon re-entering flooded homes or buildings, you will need to be wary of these possibilities. Rats can carry disease and parasites, while snakes may be poisonous or at least frightening. Neither pose serious problems but the chance of an incident increases after a disaster.

    Where the Rats Are

Because of the danger of rat infestation, use caution when entering flooded buildings:
  • Carry a solid club and a flashlight.
  • Inspect likely hiding places for rats. Check closets, drawers, mattresses, appliances, upholstered furniture, stacks of clothes or paper, dark corners, attics and basements.
  • Be extremely careful when approaching rats. They may be aggressive.

Controlling Rats

If rats continue to be a problem after flood waters recede, contact your county Extension agent or professional pest control operator for advice. If you proceed on your own be extremely careful with any rodenticide or trap. To minimize rat problems:
  • Remove trash piles and piles of damaged furniture or equipment. Store materials on platforms or shelves 12 to 18 inches above the ground.
  • Remove food sources. Store food supplies in rat-proof bins or containers. Suspend garbage containers from trees or posts. Remove animal carcasses, as they may attract rats.
If you are bitten by a rat, wash the wound with soap and water and see a doctor immediately. Rats may carry diseases and at the least, rat bites can cause infection. If the rat is captured or killed, health authorities may wish to check it for rabies or other diseases. When picking up a carcass, use the inside of a plastic bag to avoid touching it. Double-seal it in plastic and freeze until further notice.

Flood Water Cleanup Procedures Indoor Environmental Quality

Introduction

Due to the numerous incidences of flooding reported throughout the country these last few years coupled with the increasing concerns about mold contamination in buildings, we thought it appropriate to have these guidelines for property managers. Note these are general guidelines that may need to be modified for specific circumstances and they may not be appropriate for all conditions.
Floodwaters do colossal damage to property. Wood swells and rots, wallboard can disintegrate and most paper items are destroyed. The mud, soil, insects, small animals and refuse carried in by the water penetrate everything. The disposal of carpets, fabrics, furnishings, wallboard and wood sections, plus the cleanup and repainting costs are usually covered by flood insurance — if the property owners are lucky enough to have such coverage.
What will not be covered by insurance are many of the long-term problems that manifest themselves weeks, months or years after the floods have receded. At the top of the list of future problems are those due to the ubiquitous molds. Molds and mildew grow on virtually anything and their multiplication and spread is prompted by dampness. Once well established in a property, they are difficult to eradicate. Spores from these fungi are minute and are light enough to be carried on air currents throughout the property. They may well settle on surfaces and remain in a dormant state for months or even years. Then, when conditions are right — perhaps simply an increase in a room’s relative humidity, new colonies germinate and re-infest the whole property again.

Classification of Flood waters

Before defining the most appropriate techniques for a cleanup it is important to first recognize the nature of the water incursion. Depending on the source of the water, different standards for proper remediation are required. Here the classification of water damage promoted by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Remediation Certification (IICRC) is of help. This classification takes into account the water source, its contents and its history, thus:

Clean Water:

Used to identify water that does not pose an immediate health threat. This applies to waters that do not contain contaminants and includes broken water lines, malfunctioning appliances, toilets holding tanks, snow melt and rainwater. However, over time, say within 48 hours, and especially after contact with building surfaces, clean water can progress to category two, gray water.

Gray Water:

This may cause a health risk since the waters may contain chemical or biological contamination. These waters include discharges from dishwashers, washing machines, sinks, showers, aquariums and waterbeds. Again time is of importance, after 48 hours in contact with building surfaces, most gray water should be reclassified as category three, black water.

Black Water:

This is a positive health risk. These waters are presumed to contain multiple and potentially harmful contaminants. It includes flood waters containing soil and any sewage waters. All raw sewage is contaminated with microbes, including bacteria, protozoans, molds, fungi and viruses. Many of these are pathogenic to humans. Microbes from this source certainly cause many diseases, including Cholera, Typhoid, Hepatitis, and numerous other gastroenteritis type illnesses. Common symptoms include diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, fever and severe abdominal cramps. Contamination from fecal matter also includes the so-called “cruise-ship virus”, correctly called Norovirus, and parasitic illnesses due to infections from Giardia or Cryptosporidium. Any contact with contaminated water or surfaces can lead to contamination of the skin and subsequent transfer to the mouth. During and after the drying out process, unless proper precautions are taken, infections may occur through the inhalation of microbes
contaminating aerosols and airborne dusts. Even the dusts themselves may trigger allergies in sensitized individuals.

Priority One―Dry Out Your Property

Clean & Gray Water Floods

Time is of the essence. Provided that the property is thoroughly dried out within 48 hours and the source of the problem arrested, in the case of both clean and gray water flooding, further problems are unlikely. Remember, in the case of gray water flooding, after 48 hours you should treat the problem as a black water situation.

Black Water Floods Including Sewage Waters

In the case of river waters spilling their banks, excessive rain-waters washing soil particles into buildings or sanitary sewer back-ups or overflows in buildings there is a certain health risk. Thus, considerable care and due-diligence inspections, testing and documentation is advised. Absent obvious flooding, sewage leaks inside buildings may be caused by blocked or damaged pipes, under-sized sewer systems or simply by excessive outdoor rains penetrating into leaky sewer pipes. After every black, or sewage water, incident in a building the owner can anticipate the following questions from the occupants:
• Has the cleanup been totally successful?
• Was it safe to reoccupy the contaminated area?
• How can this be proven with confidence?

Guidelines for Handling Sewage Contaminated Articles

You should observe and ensure that professional and qualified sewage remediation contractors apply the following guidelines. It is not advisable for sewer spills to be cleaned up by in-house building management personnel unless they are equipped with the correct equipment and training.
  1. The first priority is to ensure the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Rubber boots, rubber gloves, splash-proof eye goggles and a facemask rated at a minimum of 95% efficient for fine particles are essential. After removing the PPE always ensure that workers’ hands and faces are thoroughly washed with copious amounts of soapy water.
  2. Be certain before allowing workers into any flooded area that there is no chance of a live electrical outlet in contact with the water.
  3. Dry the area as quickly as is possible, use wet vacuums or water pumps to suck up the contaminated waters and dispose of it in sewers, not storm-water drains. It is illegal to deliberately discharge so-called “black water” which is likely to contain sewage and other contaminants, including pesticides, heavy metals, organic and inorganic chemicals into storm water drains.
  4. Use circulating fans and area dehumidifiers to boost air circulation and remove water vapors from the air.
  5. Expensive rugs and smaller area carpets can be wrapped in plastic and removed from the building for professional cleaning by qualified contractors. Sewage-contaminated rugs should not be sent to ordinary commercial carpet cleaning contractors. Wall-to-wall carpeting and its underlay, once contaminated by sewage waters, can rarely be cleaned properly and for health reasons it is safer to dispose of them. Furthermore, once wall-to-wall carpet has been thoroughly wetted it rarely returns to its custom size and this alone constitutes a problem.
  6. All wallboard materials that have been contaminated by sewage waters should be cut out and removed. Extend the area for removal approximately 12 to 18” beyond the watermark or height of the floodwater. Wallboard will draw contaminated water via capillary action up the core of the board above the waterline.
  7. Discard any ceiling tiles that have been contaminated by sewage waters.
  8. All insulation materials, whether Styrofoam, fibrous glass, sponge rubber or cellulose wetted by black water should be discarded.
  9. Most solid wood materials can be cleaned and allowed to dry out. However, hollow wood doors usually have cardboard spacers inside that loose their shape when wet. Doors and furniture made of wood laminates, especially plywood, tend to delaminate and peel apart. If these items buckle and delaminate after flooding they should be discarded.
  10. Vinyl wall coverings seal the wall and keep it from drying out. The wallpaper paste bonding the wallpaper to the walls usually contains cellulose, a favorite food for molds. For these reasons, all wall coverings that are wetted should be removed and discarded.
  11. Any upholstered furniture, fabrics or furnishings wetted by sewage-contaminated waters, and furniture made from pressed wood products, will be difficult to properly decontaminate and the safest course is to dispose of them.
  12. Any contaminated papers, cardboard boxes or files should be disposed of.
  13. Any foodstuffs, or opened drink containers should be disposed of. Even screw-capped containers of food or drinks submerged by sewage-contaminated waters should be discarded.
  14. All surfaces of solid woods, concrete, vinyl tile, ceramics, metal, glass and plastic can be well cleaned with water and detergents before sanitizing them with a dilute bleach solution. The optimum mixture is one-part domestic bleach to ten-parts of water. Ensure that the bleach solution remains in contact with the surface for at least one minute. Thereafter, re-clean with a detergent solution and allow all surfaces to dry thoroughly. Note that this bleach solution may discolor some finishes.
  15. Any air filters inside of main or supplementary air handling systems, once wetted should be immediately replaced.
  16. Never eat, drink or smoke in any areas suspected of being contaminated with sewage.
  17. If illness occurs within 72 hours of such a cleanup, workers should contact their doctor immediately.

Post Cleanup Certification of Due Diligence

Healthy Buildings can provide a final visual inspection and testing of the previously contaminated area. In addition to a thorough visual inspection, Healthy Buildings recommends four series of analytical tests:
    a) Moisture meter readings of surfaces to confirm that all previously wetted materials have thoroughly dried out.
    b) Microbial sampling of suspect surfaces predominantly focusing on coliform bacteria. These bacteria are a collection of relatively harmless microorganisms that, under normal conditions, live in a symbiotic relationship with their host, inhabiting the intestines of man and animals. They aid in the digestion of food. The most common of these is Escherichia coli, usually referred to as E.coli. Thus, it has become an industry practice to test for these types of organisms, especially total coli forms, and E. coli as an indicator of the presence of fecal material. They indicate a potential health risk when present, as there is a real likelihood that other pathogenic species are also present, possibly including those that cause typhoid fever and viral or bacterial gastroenteritis. Further cleanup work is indicated.
    c) Some researchers point out that sampling for microorganisms alone, such as the coli form bacteria, may yield false negative results. Traces of disinfectants, variations in temperatures, desiccation of the samples etc. may kill the coli form bacteria but other harmful substances may still be present. There are several additional tests that may be employed to help ensure even traces of fecal contamination have been eliminated. These include fecal sterol and endotoxin testing. Contact Healthy Buildings for more details.
    d) Air-O-Cell samples for airborne mold spores. Samples to be taken include at least one sample from the previously contaminated area, plus two control samples—one from an indoor space that was never exposed to the flooding and one from outdoors. These are truly “due-diligence” type samples only. Since the flooded area recently contained moisture it is logical for the occupants to fear mold, and in Healthy Buildings experience, satisfactory indoor air counts compared to control levels help alleviate occupant concerns.

Insurance claim

Because my house was built outside Australian standards it appears that I am not insured. The standards came out in the 1990s so anything before this date is uninsurable. Yes they will take the premiums and then default on the claim. This is typical with all insurance companies with there weaving and twisting when it comes to paying out money.
They engaged an engineer to do a report and they will say anything to stop a claim. They are paid for a result as long as it was for the insurance company.
Things said by there engineer were down right lies. The back of the house moved during the flood but the front of the house didn't get wet so to speak! The sewage is below ground level and this didn't get inundated but the floor 300mm higher got wet. Then he said the house was recently renovated, the cladding is all twisted and bent but this was from normal movement of the ground.
Things such as asbestos and lead based paints don't get an airing and are perceived to be a big problem in other circumstances but not in a insurance claim.
I will name the insurance company in a following post as I have to try to get compensated  and naming now would place my claim more at risk.
I also figure that if things are to be done to Australian standards then so must the work done.

Australia the racist country

I have been recognised as being part aboriginal, with this comes benefits that I was never looking for. Free medical prescriptions being one. Now remember that I never asked for this. When one person is treated by the government differently than someone else because of skin colour then that is racist.
I was Born in Holland to a Dutch father and an Australian mother and came to Australia from a war torn country on a boat. I was an aboriginal refugee if you like at the age of one. I am Australian because I have papers to prove it.
There is three types of aboriginal.
The first is the full blood and totally black with pride in them selves and there families.
The second type is part black and part white being bought up in a black family.
Then there is the third type part black part white being bought up in a white family.
I can not talk about the second type but I can talk about the third type, Me.
My father worked hard in the forests in the north of the state of N.S.W. We lived in shanty houses caravans and the like that is substandard housing because that was all there was.
I remember living in a caravan whilst the only true house was built at the age of eleven.
Plaster walls wooden floors and a bathroom with running hot and cold water. This was the life of a rich person. I saw my first television for the first time at the age of sixteen with its black and white picture and fuzzy picture. My time was spent on the beach cooking potatoes in foil and freshly baked bread with friends whom combined there money to buy the ingredients.
I later studied to become a trades man fitter and machinist. As in one of my previous posts I worked on large machinery at the steel works in the coke ovens and washery. I found the dirtier the place of work the better the comradeship of looking after mates. I got married and bought a house made of brick and lived there for thirty years and divorce sent me back to living in shanty houses and caravans but this time I owned them.
Getting back to the story aboriginals bought up in a white family have a different attitude, but lack the family ties of the ones bought up in black families. It is these strong family ties that stop one from dobbing in abuse of all kinds, which is sad and drags the society further down into dispare.
I hope this may explain and help white people understand and may also help some black people as well.
Then as being dark skinned the racism is there, an being nieve I could never understand why I was never accepted by society. I was black not of the whites and not of the blacks I became a loaner and the only ones whom I made friends with was Greeks and Italians and the people on the fringes of society and lonely people. Good people and I am so privilaged to have such a life and bless every day as they come..

Did you know

If you are an owner of a property than you do not need tickets for machinery. Also the only trades that do not need to be licence are the engineering trades. Please check this for yourself, as things are different in different countries. You should also ask for the inspectors ticket and question him as to weather he is a competent inspector and get it in writing and then hold him accountable. When you hold people accountable then there attitude changes and they go on the defensive. There was a road in Australia that was blocked by a large company and they were playing merry hell with the residents. I went to the local council and put it in writing that I would hold the General manager and mayor and engineer personally responsible for any damages or fatalities and they then laid it on the company involved I then added that I was also holding the Ceo and the directors of that company also responsible. All this was done in writing and wolla new road and all was settled. Buck passing is what these people are good at but this fails when you hold them accountable..

observation

Some times sitting under a tree in the shade becomes inspiring.
Like this one. The peppercorn tree is cool to sit beneath on a hot summers day up to 10 degrees different from other trees . Why? The tree is a solar powered  pump, The sap goes from the top to the bottom and back on a regular basis and with this movement of sap the heat is taken down and the cool is bought up. The result is the air is cooler and the ground temperature is warmer and this allows the tree to survive in cooler climates by storing the heat in the ground. When the temperature gets too cold the sap slows to a near stop and the leaves fall. When it is real hot the tree speeds up the sap flow. This is an inbuilt temperature control system of a very complicated design, but yet simple. Knowing this drought control is easier to understand. Trees are the key to drought proofing the land.

Are you nuts?

Am I nuts I was asked? Probably! About the same as the rest of you but I admit it but then I am the one whom sleeps like a baby and smiles to the world in the morning. I speak to anyone and everyone. I have had to curtail this and not speak to anyone between the ages of twenty five and thirteen as these people are real aggro in my area and this is a shame on society. I smile and the response is great.
I spoke to the lady at the checkout the other day and asked how she was going, She said she was great with a wonderful smile and not to be out done when she asked how I was came the reply."fantastic excellent and getting better" She smiles and we parted company.

the light

Brightly coloured lights of seduction
drawing the mind away from seclusion
entering the time of the never never
smiling with the deceit of clever
 aligned and maligned with sounds
 never heard from the fronds
The faces of disparate joined by drugs
I sit here sipping from my mugs
To my mug pouring out loneliness
With the condemnation of the soul
taken aback into the darkness of toil.

Standards and denying insurance.

I have a engineers report for damage from the floods. One of the points made is that the house does not come up to Australian standards so the insurance is void in these areas. What is a standard? Back in the 1890s the current practice was to burn a post and char the surface and put it in the ground the other way was to soak it in creosote and then place it in the ground. These were accepted practices of the day and these houses have stood the test of time. Even to this day the practice of putting posts directly into the ground and building onto these posts is done. In the suburb of Dapto in NSW there is a building built in this way and it is a two story affair and is called the Ribbon wood centre and was built for the local council for a library and community centre. I will report on these matters again if the problem is not resolved naming the insurance company and the engineer involved.

Union exectutive pay

Health union pay for the top job.Amazing!
5192.30 / Week
741.75/ day
Why is health so expensive?
 Why is everything so expensive?

I feel so honoured

The people of Queensland got 11 million dollars for the floods combined . I got flooded out in Gundagai and to date I got nothing not even from insurance. Now I am Honoured to now know 300 million dollars will go to Afghanistan. What for killing Australian soldiers! or is it to appease the consciences of the Prime minister. The thing is it wont work, she has to live with the deaths of our soldiers. Assination may also be on the rise in Australia as I now have rats in the house. The funny thing is the damage to the house is from (Humidity)not flood in one hot dry area that has just come out of drought because of the flood. It wasn't fixed and the house stood from about 5th March to now 21 May I wonder where all the water went in a closed house?

Empty thoughts

Small thought of love pass threw my veins
Twists and turns as the little light remains.
To swell the emtyness in my heart and mind
the beating beating rythmical beating blind
enter the soul with parchment pressed to the ear.
Stumbling threw the madness of fear, fear
entering the emptyness of the bounding silence
bought on by the constant ryme of life.
Threw the eyes of the cells the ears of the heart
broken by the trembling and the cold of light
then the known warmth of the calm from sleep.
Awaking into the reality of nothingness
leading to the capacity of love hate and again
Fear yes the fear of deception of a broken head
smashed on the steps of dreary warm death lies.
Then comes the reality of lifes real game
Gone before perception of love and war.
Taken away in the blink of an eye
crashing threw all that is good and honest
screaming into the nothingness of betrayal.

Daring to take the Business of Electroshock by the Prods., February 14, 2009

This review is from: Doctors of Deception: What They Don't Want You to Know About Shock Treatment (Hardcover)
Linda Andre had been blessed. With an I. Q. measured at 156, a powerful work ethic, a drive to succeed, a musician's ear and artist's eye, she sailed through her academic career to the heights of scholarship and was beginning a brilliant career as a writer and photographer when, at 25, the assault happened, like a horrific mugging and beating. Permanently brain damaged by the assault, her I. Q. had been chopped down to 118. Gone also was her gift for photography. Perhaps worse of all was the complete erasure of five years of her memory, one-fifth of her lifetime, including all her prestigious academic training, as if she'd never lived those lost years.
Any other mugging would have thrown the perpetrators into jail for years and cost them millions in civil penalties. But this was a legal mugging. And the perpetrators even made $20,000 for destroying much of Ms. Andre's life. They were, after all, licensed doctors of medicine and, instead of using a baseball bat on her head (which would have been kinder), they sent up to 200 volts of electricity into her brain with their electro convulsive "therapy" machine.
Why would doctors, of all people, inflict such physical and emotional harm to another? Ms. Andre, having no memory of the events leading up to her assault, can only go by what other people have told her and the existing documentation. So she spends most of her affecting and exhaustively researched book looking for the answer then joining and later becoming a leading voice in the struggle against ECT machines and other instruments of this medical holocaust which claims thousands of victims each year, robbing them of their day-to-day abilities to function and up to decades of memory.
Here Ms. Andre documents the countless efforts to ask the questions and tell the mental patient's stories through various media only to learn that even the most trusted outlets have their own visions of what the answers are, regardless of the facts put in front of them. Few readers of this book will be able to sit complacently in front of their TVs afterwards, just as none of us should ever sheepishly allow any "expert" with certain conflicts of interest to lead us to ruin.
It is also a pleasure to read the facts behind ECT rather than the gushing accolades of Carrie Fisher (who receives regular shocks and has lost, so far, 4 months of her life-memories) and of Kitty Dukakas (who, along with lost memories, must constantly write notes to herself before her damaged short-term memory loses the information).
My deepest hope is that medical school students will read Ms. Andre's book, take it to heart and dare to ask those questions.

I have gone threw this not as a patient but as a partner and father broken into two stories.
The first happened some time back and was posted on this site. To recap here it is....

Tall popies are cut down in there prime (great Australian pastime) There will never be people in Australia that will rise above there station while these types of thinking are arround. If you were to try to do so you would be charged with grand delusions and pumped full of pills by the mental health system.

I had a mate who sold contraceptions to America and was jailed for seven years. Why you might ask? 29 million people here 10 million female half sexually active thats 5 million times $40 per month for the pill and times that by twelve months now thats a lot of money thats about 2 billion.Just a pitance that the doctors rip from the coffers or the state
If you think you are more important than the American president (which I am ) then you have delusions of grandure and can be medicated for this. Watch out all Americans because everyone of you personally think you are better and more important than your president.. Think for a moment now..!!!!!! Who runs this country Australia.  Doctors and our female prime minister, I would never say anything sexist about a woman prime minister, but she is just a arse hole. These figures can also be used for the so called mentally ill and the health system.

Then there is this one....schizophrenia  is a disease of older people.
It is all right for a child to have an imaginary friend and talk to this friend and is in the genes that all humans have this quality. Imagination is also a quality also built into the genes and is how our society developed to where we are today. These imaginary friends came about when you were the only child for miles around and to stop insanity you had a imaginary friend. (shit I had one ) Now doctors who did not have a friend in there mind see this as a problem. The problem arises when the child is abused and the friend has hate in its dialogue with there imaginary friend .
Then there was this to contend with....

Bull Stingrays

Stingray. It has come to my attention that these are more dangerous than I thought. I have a friend who put some fish in his back pocket and went in to feed them. Whilst feeding one in front of him another came from behind and push him over and sucked him to the bottom and held him there.  He managed to turn over and the ray released him as he got to his feet it came in again and again it sucked him to the bottom and on the third time he was knocked down he landed with his head above water on the bank. These are like giant suction caps and my friend was lucky to survive. I see some people let children feed them and if this was to happen to a child you would not remove the ray as any attempt to rescue the child would end up with the rescuer being barbed.
Another tie my friend was patting one and as it turned the tail graized his fore heat and opened him up.
On yet another occasion in another location I saw a large man get barbed and it bought him to his knees screaming in pain. Remember being above these you are in the line of fire to there only weapon.

Black Snake

Some years ago I had this red healer dog that I called Black Snake. Black Snake was into everything as a pup. I used to take him on the job sleeper cutting and I had a circular saw on a concrete saw for docking the sleepers to length. First day on the job with Snake I started the saw well, Snake jumped to his feet and  attacked the saw which severed his jaw bone and took off his left ear. Being a pup and being my mistake I paid the vet bill some $2574 and 64 cents. Where he got the 64 cents I'm darned if I know. Snake had this eye which turned in and was blue and the other was brown. Some time  went past and Snake was hyperactive and the vet said to take out the balls and that would slow him down. So I pays the 79 dollars and 64 cents. There that 64 cents again! Now Snake never did take liken to some blokes and lets call the character say Harold Steptoe to protect his identity But that was his name anyway. Now Steptoe lived across the road from me and I kept the gates locked so Harold and Snake wouldn't go dancing if you get the drift. This one warm morning I went to get the paper from the front and opened the gate and there was Harold getting his paper as well. Snake seeing the light of day or the lord flashed past me in fourth  gear straight for Harold. He had four on the floor Harold pirouetted and Snake grabbed him on the left cheek. I yells out to Harold that I had him nutted by the vet. Harold yelled back using explicit aperblies that he knew Snake wasn't coming to make love to him and could I send him to a dentist next time.

I here they are going to rename the clock. I think that the colonies should have a vote on the name and what it is to be. I put forward the name Big Ben and I would like to have all you vote so we can send the government of England a petition. please vote by sending a comment.

Heard outside the court today

Fifteen year old boy rapes foster carers children. Seven year old boy and a five year old girl were raped by foster child aged fifteen. Punishment is eighteen months good behavior bond. Little girl was upset as it has broken her family. Yes, Here in Australia the land of the free. Want to come to Australia the place is phucked literally. Then what do we expect with a prime minister living in a unwed relationship in the lodge. Yes we have a great legal system as well.

Mental health

I think that I might have mislead some with my words of wisdom. I must admit that the mental health department has never said that they would fix the person, they were there to fix a problem. The problem is suicide. When looking at the return soldiers from any of the wars they are all thin worked hard and were deprived of the good things of life. Not that many mental issues.  They are my hero's and if we want to follow in the footsteps of anyone then why not these men and women. Instead we follow the Nazis with there electric shock torture and drugs supplied by AB Fabian who have changed there name and are still killing people today. Yes all censured by the Australian government and the legal system. Check out this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wg-52mHIjhs

Forced medication or legal drug dealing and pushing.

Mental health in Australia came today and took my wife away and they asked if that was OK, I said that it wasn't and that they said they were going to take her and it didn't matter what I said, Mental health said as they was leaving we'll see me later and I said they wouldn't as I don't want them back. They said they will let me know what is happening and I said don't bother. I also said that I expressed my opinion once before and they didn't listen last time they took her and we are back in the same position as before and they didn't make things better in fact they made them worse. Electric shook torture took away her will to life.
There is a law that says that it illegal to give drugs to some one with out there permission. If someone is not in charge of there facilities then its OK to drug them. Seams there is an exception for the legal drug dealers and pushers.
