I am in solitary confinement and have been since the latest lock down. I have done nothing wrong except not getting the jab . But why should I after the reaction to a tetanus injection 2 months ago. Some years ago I had a bleed on my brain so the jab will probably kill me. They treat me with contempt and my friends have left because I will not submit to the jab. Then there is the registration checks for a car I am not allowed to drive. Boats I can not use. I can not talk to the next door neighbour because he has a gun licence and I own a lathe and I could make gun parts so all my tools would be confiscated.  I have not and will never make gun parts as this is a very specialised form of engineering with the risks of death due to explosion.  

The local garage was robbed twice last week and they caught the persons whom had just been released on remand 2 hours earlier. they were released . True law and order have gone, Do not let plumbers park in front of your house as someone will ring the council and dob you in for getting work done with a 1000 dollar fine. The bloke up the street used to bring in the elderly peoples bins after the bin man came and he was dobbed in for not social distancing. Craze is as crazy does. God bless the ANZACS. The eureka stockade was business people fighting to feed themselves due to a greedy government. The story of Ned Kelly was along similar lines. How to make a succesful insurance claim.

As my regular readers will know making a insurance claim is fraught with obstacles placed there by the insurance company.

These people do this every day and yours is just another inconvenience to there workers.
So lets start.

Phone the company and place the claim remembering to write down every thing you say as they record it for training purposes and they will use it if needed.

Lets say it is for water damage.

Check your policy book and see if is covered. For example. rising water from a creek and definitely do not let them change the definition as they will do this not to pay a claim.

Definitely not tidal from the ocean.

During any phone call get the persons pay number and first name as this identifies the person you spoke to. If they don't want to comply ask for their supervisor and get there pay number and name.

After the conversation send them an email pointing out the key points as this is the start of your paper trail and can be used in court.

 Make the subject the claim number.

 This will allow you to pull up all the information in order.

When they ring you say you are busy and to drop you an email if you forget to do this then send them a email confirming the information giving time and date and who you spoke to.

This is more paper trail and you will need this as the months go by as you will not remember any of it.
In my case they have heaps of tools and stuff and this needs to be returned before any settlement can take place. It is best not to let them help you in the first instance regarding clean up as they use your articles to confuse you and they come back rustier than ever.

After the things have been returned ask for there list of covered items and their prices and compare their to your list. It is a good idea to supply your list with prices in the first place as they will use it and yes it does take time.

You need to go threw this list and find out where it is sourced from and weather there is customs duties and import duties going to be charged as this needs to be added to the article.

Then you wait and be patient as " like Rome insurance companies can not be moved in a day"

Remember the bigger the paper trail  the bigger the payout.

My life my way

 Over the years life has been tough and I am so grateful for that. I have had a good life with some and not many people that had my well being as being something to attack.

Making things

I started making things when I was young and it can be very rewarding. I have never been bored and things do not have to be expensive. I wanted to have a holiday and love the water so this was the start. I saw sail boarding with kites and thought that would be so cool so why not buy a boat that I can stay on,this was 12 months ago and I left it to the universe to deliver and it always does.

Chance look on facebook market place there she was a trailer sailer like one I had years ago which was used only once. Just was not right I listened to someone elses ideas and was lost to my own.

I went and it was a Dennis ts 500 came with all the sails bedding jackets. The motor was to be a 5 hp engine that was bought for the other Dennis. So I am set. I will tow this thing with a kite. Looking around I found a canal in Sydney at a mechanics yard with direct access to the water. All I have to do is cut a hole in the fence and put in a gate. 

So a new chapter is going to evolve several months cruising Sydney Harbour. 

The best part is the boat and trailer cost me $150.00 au. That's right 150 bucks that like about 80 dollars American,that broke the bank. Any one have a kite for sale? Might air b and b the thing.

Silly season

Well it's all over Christmas and new year combined with the US elections thank goodness it's over.

Sold my motor home and bought a trailer sailer near finished my caravan Very productive year with more to come. 

The trailer sailer is for the holiday of a life time 2 months living on Sydney harbour. Then onto a trip around the state in my home made caravan. Life is good.

I am more relaxed. My friends mum died from a colonoscopy when she got golden staff five days later. I hugged him and he said we should not be doing this, I said stuff it you are a mate.

The last few months I have been working on a new camper wagon for the up and coming summer season. The photo shows a boat cabin that I am using for my space age tear drop van.

I will make a statement here and say all fats are good for one as long as they are not chemically changed in any way. 

Fats fill you when eaten and are hard to digest as long as they are natural fats that have grown normally in plants and animals.

Sugars on the other hand are easily digested and turned into human fats using up to 3 times less energy  than it takes to turn eaten fats into a usable product for ones body.

Combinations of foods like bread and meat in the one meal have different results.

Keeping children indoors during the covid lockdowns will have a large effect on the eyesight of children in later years. Fear in small doses is good ones body.

Your body needs stimulation of all types(food and exercise) to keep it alive in later years. Just what I have found.

This speed never killed me! I fell off a wooden box onto my back and this did nearly kill me so what was the difference? The sudden stop.
Yet another law says you must stop at a stop sign. When a wheel is turning it is always stationary. The only time a wheel is moving along the ground is when traction is broken and the wheel slips either in acceleration or deceleration or in sideways loading.
Then I see a sign saying sound camera ahead. So how do you take a picture of sound I would ask.
Besides for a crime to be committed there must be a victim and an accuser. So how does one ask a camera questions? If some man or woman who was not at the scene of the photograph or directly in control of the camera know what speed you were doing. If they (who did the paper work) were to give evidence then it must be struck off as hearsay.
The tickets given are issued and a demand to pay as one was found guilty by an administrative court, When was this law? Who were the administrators involved that were never at the scene.
I was shown videos that looked real and were made up from just four images and they look authentic. they call these images DEEP FAKE. So are these images deep fake used to steal money off poor individuals.
My car gives a reading on its speedo of 100 kph and my GPS gives a speed of 94 kph and I a inferior man must be a better judge of speed than these instruments. Yet these 2 instruments are out by 6 kph! So where do they get a camera to give me a correct reading when it is calibrated to some other speed.

There is a down side of loosing weight.

Because of the weight loss things change inside the body,more good than bad.Expect pain in the form of hunger pain and withdrawals from sugar.

Some of you may have been reading my blogs on loosing weight.

About a year ago I decided to lose some weight.
Main ingredients were  Salads eggs almond milk rolled oats and canned fish
As tea and coffee raise heart rate and pressure these were dispensed with and replace with dandelion tea from Scotland.
Now the main product that I used and cannot be dispensed with and given to me free is LARD. I brewed it myself . Commercial lard is contaminated with Tri fats and monounsaturated fats which cause artery blockage.

12 MONTHS LATER
The starting point was 160 over 94 and 80 plus beats a minute.Weight 115 kilos

I am now 125 over 60 and 65 beats a minute and a weight of 88 kilos
There was no exercise involved.
The things I had to remove was bread and wheat products sugar beer biscuits takeaway foods which were not fast when you consider the driving
and wait times. Then there is the bottles of liquids gone. Fruit juice is ladened with Sugar.

I was never able to eat a salad because of the taste and the leaves would cover the wind pipe and near choke me.
This can be eaten cold and kept a couple of days and eaten because it is covered with a thin layer of fat.
